Bucket Elevators

The bucket elevators by GIOFKAS G.P. are designed for vertical lifting of bulk materials up to 40 meters. They operate either with a belt or chain, depending on the material type and its temperature. They ensure continuous flow without leakage and are known for high reliability and low maintenance requirements.

Construction Details

• Construction materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, or custom alloys depending on project specifications

• Transport medium: Reinforced multi-layer rubber fabric belt or single/double chain (depending on load and temperature)

• Drive unit: Gearmotor with integrated brake (to prevent reverse rotation), direct drive, coupling drive, or chain drive

• Standard equipment: Rotation sensor for operation monitoring, blockage sensors, tensioning systems, heavy-duty rolling bearings with sealing units, inlet/outlet chutes, and inspection and maintenance openings
